My Name is Greg Macke and when it comes to helping people buy or sell their cars I have the sharpest tools around. First and foremost I make the experience pleasant and efficient. I have been helping people with their cars for over 30 years.

I combine your wish list with my skills by finding the car that has everything that you are looking for together with everything that I am looking for. You may be looking for certain options in a car; 2 or 4 door, automatic or stick and a certain color combination. But what I am looking for in a car is accident free, original owner, dealer maintained, garage kept, proper records, highway miles and other hard to find variables which, in the end, make for a very nicely kept vehicle that will give you years of reliable service.

How it works:

Firstly we talk about what you need in a car. If you already know exactly what you want, great, however I find that most people find a degree of guidance helpful. After I get this information you just sit back and let me do the rest. I will screen hundreds of cars that meet your criteria and weed out what I feel are inferior cars. I will speak to dozens of owners (or car dealers if we go that route) and retrieve the VIN# to check on the history of the car.

Once I find the diamond in the rough I go out and do a physical inspection on the car to verify what the owner told me is true, pre-screening it for any accidents ownership transfers, mileage and title tampering (even if it was never reported to the DMV). If it passes my strict test for a high quality used car and you agree that it is the car of your dreams, then I negotiate on your behalf, overseeing the paperwork and close the deal. In the end I am your experienced guide, technician, negotiator and closer. I am in short, Your Personal Car Buying Assistant. You only pay me if you are completely satisfied. No questions asked.

If after this initial free consultation you decide that you would like to proceed, I ask for a $100 retaining fee so I can set out on my detailed search to find the car that meets your specific criteria. This is the hard work for me as I will generally weed through hundreds of ads, speak with dozens of owners or dealerships and narrow it down to about 3 or 4 cars that have passed the muster of my initial investigation documenting the complete history of the car.  After this I will have found the car that fits both your criteria and my intense screening process.

I then bring you into the fold. Remember, there is never any pressure to buy. Once the car is in front of us, I physically inspect it for any previous damage, abuse and paint work. I also look at the maintenance records. If new, I navigate the hidden incentives and cash rebates dealers get from the manufacturer. After you agree it is the car for you, I negotiate on your behalf, assisting you with paperwork, making the process easy and enjoyable!
